iglidur® slewing ring, PRT-04, Black Edition made of aluminium

iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install slewing rings for lubrication-free, dry operation. The design is not based on metallic rollers or balls, but on maintenance-free sliding elements. These are made of tribologically optimised iglidur® materials combined with rings made of lightweight, hard anodised aluminium.

The PRT-04 black edition is completely black. This results in an elegant and at the same time inconspicuous appearance. Ideal for use as a visible part in furniture or in other applications in which our PRT-04 slewing ring bearings should appear as discreet as possible.

The slewing ring bearing's black coating also reduces light reflection. Do you need an anti-reflect feature in your application? This slewing ring bearing is ideal.

The sliding elements made of iglidur® JB are outstanding all-rounders. They are characterised by a low coefficient of friction during dry operation. This material also has low moisture absorption and offers good chemical resistance.
