The configurator offers the possibility to design a complete energy supply package from axis 2 to axis 6. Possible for the following manufacturers:

• Fanuc

Add cables & hoses directly in the configurator

With the online tool, you can quickly and easily configure the right system for the respective robot.
But the size of the respective system must also be adapted to the cables and hoses (filling). Ideally, the filling level of the e-chain^® should not exceed 60%. 
To ensure that the correct size of system is selected, the filling can be integrated directly in the online tool.     

Interior separation for all triflex R series

When choosing the right triflex R size, make sure that a clearance space is planned for all electrical, pneumatic and media cables. This is necessary to compensate for forces that occur due to relative movements between the e-chain® and the cables as well as between the cables themselves. Cables must be installed with sufficient clearance. The following value can be assumed as a rough rule of thumb: the sum of the cable cross sections should not exceed 60% of the effective cross section; in addition, a space requirement of 10% or at least 1mm to the next cable or e-chain® must be observed. The quickest and easiest solution to find the correct triflex R filling is the interior separation configurator, where all triflex R series are available
